THE FIRST PHASE OF DEVELOPMENT, A 16,800 SQ M WAREHOUSE / DISTRIBUTION CENTRE, WAS LET TO CUMMINS FILTRATION AND THE SECOND PHASE, A 42,400 SQ M FACILITY, WAS PURPOSE-BUILT FOR DHL / EXEL SUPPLY CHAIN.

The third and final phase will be developed on a speculative or purpose-built basis to provide up to 22,000 sq m of logistics accommodation.
